I couldn’t be more thrilled with my purchase of a 2015 RAM truck from Prime Auto Imports! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Hubby was looking for a corvette and came across the ad from Prime Auto imports… they had exactly what he was looking for. Hubby called and had a great conversation with the manager… no high pressure tactics, no bs, no typical used car spiel… just a conversation between two car freaks. Was looking for a new used car because my old Honda was on its last leg. Came across Prime Auto Imports and Gabe contacted me about coming to look at a car. When I had my concerns about the first car I checked out and asked if there were other Japanese brand cars I could look at he showed me an Acura that was at one of their other locations and went and brought the car over himself so I can take a look and test drive it. I also like that he encouraged me to have a mechanic check the car out and let me bring it to mine that same day. He helped me get the best deal on financing and insurance and had the 2 things my mechanic found taken care of as well as did an oil change. He dropped the car off directly to me and took my poor honda off my hands the next day. This was my first time going to a used car dealership and Gabe made the experience easy and less nerve wracking. It puts my mind at ease that I finally have a reliable car and I'm hoping it'll last me a long time.

This was the first time I ever trusted a “small” dealership, and I am VERY HAPPY that I did. This is the third car we bought this year, the first two we used “big” dealerships, and we got okay deals but that’s only because we stayed firm with what we wanted and spent 2 weeks negotiating and leaving and getting phone calls and coming back, on and on. Now who wants that, especially when you have 2 little kids to chase around at home ? Looking back, I wish we found these guys sooner. They are a family business that doesn’t play games or deal with gimmicky added fees and ridiculous pricing you have to fight down. And the best part is, you actually get to work with the owners themselves, no mystery manager game or any of that crap. Doing the paperwork was a breeze, I said I don’t want an extended warranty, their answer was no problem ! Signed everything with a fair price, and I was out driving the truck in an hour. That’s expertise at work. If you see a car here and are wondering if the price is “too good to be true, what’s the catch” trust me. There isn’t a catch. They just know that if you present pricing that is fair, you will have volume.

Buying cars is not a past time event that I look forward to. As a matter of fact, it really stresses me out. So far in my life time I have had only two good experiences, the third (3rd) coming form Prime Auto Imports. I spoke with Gabe on the 13th, looked over the vehicle and test drove it on the 14th. The deal was done that day. There were no extra stuff to buy, or any "you need this" "you need that" and all the BS you get from some dealers. The only payments made were what we discussed, the price of the vehicle, tax, title, registration and dealer administration fee which was more than reasonable. Gabe, thanks again to you and all involved for not just deliver a great ride, but also a great experience. Edge.

I had 4 car dealership planned to go to but my old car wouldn't make it. My dear friend Kevin drove me to NJ and while trying to get the addresses my phone kept pointing me to the last one I was going to because it was the furthest away, not by much. I thought the universe was giving me signs so I bailed on the others and we drove to Prime Auto Imports. By the end of the day I knew I had made the right choice. We were greeted at the door by a couple of young men I thought were also car shopping, they were the owner's sons, Gabriel and Kevin. They took my info and were genuinely concerned that my credit, which was decent before I started shopping, had gotten knocked down by several points from the other dealers doing a deep dive into the credit bureaus. When Adel, the owner, came in they explained my situation. I kid you not when I tell you from that point on they would've moved Heaven and Earth to make sure everything went thru. If your credit is not the greatest they can find a way to allow you to do what I did... Drive away with my new 2011 Mercedes C300 Sport 4 Matic on the same day. 😲🤗😎👍🏽 Prime Auto Imports CARES about YOU as much as the deal. They worked their butts off to make it happen for me and seeing as they'd never met me before, I'm going to say they will do the same for YOU. They have the BEST cars, the BEST selection, and the BEST prices. Add to that the BEST, most knowledgeable salesmen, all family, and you've got a winning combination. I was very happy & satisfied. From the moment I arrived there was no pressure, didn't feel rushed. I wasn't sure how the SUV worked & they allowed the machanic take us for a test drive & he explained us in detail. My bank gave me such a hard time to make the payment & Gabriel was able to work with me till we closed the deal. At all times my concerns were heard. It was Quick & painless. The process was easy & there were no games. The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last- minute surprises). Due to it was after working hours, the establishment where they wash the cars was closed & even though they weren't able to wash the SUV, he was able to compensate me with a full tank of gas. Yesss, I am happy & in love with my new SUV thanks to them. I most definitely would recommend anyone to visit Prime Auto Imports.👍👍👍

I couldn’t be any happier with the car and the service that was provided. From the minute I arrived I received nothing but a warm and friendly welcome. Gabe was extremely helpful and was able to answer any and all questions that I had pertaining to the car. He was even willing to give me a code scanner to check for any previous history code and put to rest any doubts I might have on the car. When it came To talking numbers, Gabe was up front on prices and cost and was always looking in my best interest. Unfortunately my visit lasted until after closing hours, but still, Gabe was in no rush to go home and was more then happy to stay and work on our deal. We were very impressed with Prime Auto Imports. We visited other dealers, who wouldn’t allow us to bring the cars we were interested in to our mechanic to have them checked out (they all said our mechanic could come to them). Not Prime! They right away said that wasn’t a problem. We brought 2 of their used cars to our mechanic back to back. After the cars were checked out, there were a couple of issues that our mechanic found, which Gabe offered to fix before purchasing the car. After the purchase, we found a missing lug nut from one of the tires and there was a clicking noise when turning on the AC, both of which Gabe had his own shop fix immediately, at our convenience. I love the fact they have their own mechanic right on site. There were no hassles, no pressure, and best of all it was stress free.... especially since Prime registers the car (other used car lots we visited said they stopped since Covid), we all know how crazy MV is right now! We couldn’t be happier! Our sons are thrilled with their car!!
